A community built on care.
ThriveTogether is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Dayton, Ohio. We believe everyone — and every animal — deserves the chance to thrive. Our work bridges human and animal welfare because strong communities care for both.
Mission
To strengthen communities through accessible support services, food assistance programs, and compassionate animal rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming services.
Governance
ThriveTogether is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors of three to eleven members, who serve three-year terms and oversee finance, fundraising, animal welfare, community outreach, and governance committees. Directors serve without compensation and operate under a strict conflict-of-interest policy.
The Board has also adopted policies governing related-party transactions and document retention to ensure transparent, accountable operations.

Above all, he believes in the goodness of people and the power of small acts of kindness to create lasting change.

Tayler.fanjoy@gmail.comTayler is a local teacher at Greenmont Elementary. Her classroom perspective helps ThriveTogether connect with families, schools, and young learners across our service area.
