These terms govern your use of thethrivetogether.com and related subdomains (the "Site"), operated by ThriveTogether, an Ohio 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Donations
ThriveTogether is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are processed by Stripe and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you in good faith. Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by emailing us.
Adoption & volunteer programs
Submitting an adoption interest, volunteer signup, or foster application does not guarantee approval. All placements are at ThriveTogether's discretion and may require interviews, references, or home checks. Volunteers act as independent participants, not employees, and must follow our policies and applicable law.
Content & intellectual property
The ThriveTogether name, logo, photos, and written content on this Site are the property of ThriveTogether or its licensors. You may share links to the Site, but please don't republish our content without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party pages (e.g., partner organizations or social media). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ThriveTogether and its volunteers, directors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
